Was this latest video of former SA President Nelson Mandela REALLY necessary?

Y'all this video is just too much for me. I know the public wants to know what's going on with former South African President Nelson Mandela but this heartbreaking. Check out this video of what happened when the cameras went to visit him recently. I can't...I just cant! Was this necessary?
